What is included in CapCut Commerce Pro's subscription plan?
We offer a range of subscription plans customized to meet users' needs. Each plan comes with different features, including credits, an AI-powered creative suite, and storage. To learn more on the specifics of the various subscription plans, just click on "Subscribe" in the top right corner.
What's the difference between subscription and credits?
CapCut Commerce Pro is a subscription-based content creation platform. There will be a certain amount of credits included in your subscription plan to help you embark on your creation journey.

How do I get an invoice after purchase?
If you request an invoice, please click "Report a problem" through the purple button in the bottom right corner with details of your subscription order and member ID. Alternatively, you may also contact us at commercepro.support@capcut.com and we will process your request as soon as possible.
How does subscription auto renewal work?
If you have selected the auto renewal option for your subscription, we will automatically deduct payment and renew your subscription before it expires. You will be informed of the renewal through notifications, emails, etc.
How do I cancel auto renewal of subscription?
To cancel auto renewal, click the "Subscription" button on the top right of the page. Then click "Disable auto renewal" to cancel auto renewal. If you wish to renew your subscription again, you can simply click "Renew".
What happens when payment for auto renewal fails?
If payment deduction fails, please click the "Subscription" button towards the top right of the page. Check your payment method and ensure that your credit card information is correct.
If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us through feedback or via commercepro.support@capcut.com and we will process it as soon as possible.
Do I need to pay extra for newly released features?
CapCut Commerce Pro updates frequently, continuously adding new creative capabilities. Within your subscription period, new features may have various billing methods. Please refer to the in-app information for details.

Credits
How to use CapCut Commerce Pro credits?
Credits can be used to generate videos and images on CapCut Commerce Pro. Please note that not all creation tools will consume credits. Kindly refer to the in-app information for details. You can gain credits by joining our subscription plan, recharging them separately or gaining them through events.
What should I do if I use up the credits in my plan before the plan expires?
We provide a separate channel for purchasing additional credits, ensuring you can buy more whenever necessary.
When will my credits expire?
The expiration date of credits varies depending on the source. CapCut Commerce Pro will deduct your credits based on first expire-first consume rule.
- Credits included in subscription plans: Expire when the subscription ends
- Recharged credits: Valid for two years
- Credits gained through tasks/events: Expire according to the specific task/event rules

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you have selected auto renewal, click your profile picture in the top right corner and select Subscription. Click "Cancel auto renewal" at any time to cancel auto renewal. After cancellation, you'll not be able to continue using the product once your subscription expires.
If you did not select or have disabled auto renewal, your subscription will become invalid once it expires. No further action is required.
